Norwich City Hockey Club is based in the city of Norwich which is located in East Anglia/Norfolk.

Norwich City Hockey Club make use of a number of astro-turf pitches in and around Norwich, with Taverham being it's main home.

This pitch, based at Taverham in Norfolk, was constructed in October 1995 when a sports grant was provided on a joint basis to both Norwich City and Broadland Hockey Clubs. An organisation was set up, Taverham Recreation Facilities (TRF), to manage the facilities with an aim to also providing them to the local community and also to the pupils of the local school for their recreational activities. This is the first step of a very large project which is eventually planned to site a second pitch along with a club house.
